Workshops are held in Kristy’s new studio located on the property where she lives with her partner, Christian Burchard, just 7 minutes from downtown Ashland, Oregon. Kristy began holding classes in fiber arts in 2009, before she was creating her own artistic works. Over the years, workshop have become more specialized with her own teaching as well as with guest instructors from around the world.

The building and the land
The new studio is still under construction at time of publishing, with a move in date expected for early March, 2025. It is very specially designed for the purposes of felt making, both wet and dry work having dedicated zones and equipment. Photos will be updated in the spring.
